2. Definitions

- “Seller”: Refers to the individual, company, or entity listing equipment for sale.
- “Listing”: Refers to the posted details of construction equipment available for sale.
- “Buyer”: Refers to the individual, company, or entity interested in purchasing listed equipment.
3. Eligibility
- Only registered sellers can list equipment.
- Sellers must provide verifiable contact information.
4. Listing Requirements
- Equipment descriptions must be accurate, comprehensive, and not misleading.
- Photos provided should be clear, high-quality, and represent the current condition of the equipment.
- Any certifications or standards applicable to the equipment must be mentioned.
5. Pricing
- Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices.
- All prices must be fair and based on the genuine value of the equipment.
- The platform may charge a listing fee, commission, or both (details should be specified).
6.Duration and Termination of Listing
- Listings will be active for one months unless renewed or removed earlier.

9. Privacy
- Sellers’ personal information will be protected according to the platform’s privacy policy but may be shared with potential buyers for transaction purposes.
10. Amendments
- The platform may amend these terms and conditions periodically. Continued listing after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
- Sellers can terminate their account and remove listings at any time.
- The platform reserves the right to terminate a seller’s account and listings if terms are violated.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to other provisions in this Clause, courts in Haryana and / or Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services. Location].
